Provide Basic Information
Provide the necessary information for our attorneys to negotiate your case. This will include your contact information, citation numbers, court date, etc. Depending on the severity of your case, you may need to provide additional information.
The attorneys and legal professionals will get started on your case the second we have all required information. This gives you time to continue with your normal day-to-day life. Our legal team will contact you with updates. If you feel the need, you can contact our office any time to receive a status update on your case as well.
The Attorneys Responsibilities
Our attorneys and legal professionals will do everything in their power to reduce or eliminate your ticket violation. Of course all tickets violations are unique so each violation is reviewed and negotiated differently by our attorneys.
By agreeing to have Ticket Busters represent you in court, you have freed up hours of your personal time by not needing to waiting in line at the court house and filling out the endless paperwork associated with the legal system.
Each violation is negotiated with the courts. Our attorney’s look for every possible way to reduce or dismiss your violation, including but not limited to:
- Reduction of fine
- Reduce a violation to a non-moving violation
- Waive traffic school
- Dismiss violation completely
Once a resolution has been made with the courts, you will be given a summary of actions which includes all negotiated terms, fine reductions, court requests, etc.
