Since shortly after becoming a Richard Harris Law Firm (RHLF) company in 2007, Ticket Busters has been located on the third floor of the RHLF building at 801 S. 4th Street. We have moved and now have street level access, and free parking when visiting Ticket Busters, across the street and one block south at 830 S. 4th Street, right next to Chicago Joe’s restaurant.
Due to the growth of RHLF, many functions of the firm, such as marketing and administration, have taken up residence at this new location, and Ticket Busters and The Defenders now have beautiful new offices located in this recently remodeled building.
What Does Ticket Busters Do?
The simple answer is, we make dealing with traffic tickets in Clark County easy. Ticket Busters will represent you with the appropriate court for your traffic ticket. For example, if you have received a ticket for speeding in Clark County, Nevada, call Ticket Busters. We have relationships with most of the courts in Clark County, and will represent you with the court related to your ticket. We will negotiate your ticket, in most cases reducing moving violations to the equivalent of a parking ticket.
Ticket Busters Saves You Time and Money
This accomplishes many things. The first saving is your time. Rather than spending hours online to find and pay out a ticket, or the hours standing in line at the courthouse, once you contact us with a simple visit or phone call to Ticket Busters, leave the rest to us. This saves you the time of dealing with the ticket on your own, and your record when we finish, will show as a non-moving violation with reduced fines in most cases.
Ticket Busters Saves You Increases in Insurance Rates
The largest ongoing expense associated with a speeding ticket is the increase in insurance rates. With the record reflecting a non-moving violation, your insurance rates won’t be increased, saving you money going forward. If you decide to pay out the ticket on your own, your record will reflect a conviction, and your insurance rates will be adjusted accordingly. When we bust your ticket, your record reflects a non-moving violation, and insurance rates won’t be affected.
Ticket Busters can Bust Your Warrants
If you received a ticket and then didn’t show up in court at the appointed time, the court has most likely issued a bench warrant, which means on your next traffic stop, or other dealing with law enforcement, you’ll be arrested and taken to jail to await trial for those charges. We can do a warrant search of the courts in Clark County and file a motion to quash the warrant with the court. Once the court knows that you’re represented by an attorney, they are highly likely to grant the motion to quash, since they know that you’re “in the system” attempting to responsibly address the issues.
Ticket Busters can Represent You for a DUI
A DUI is a complex legal matter and requires representation by a skilled attorney. The penalties for a DUI in Nevada are expensive and severe. Ticket Busters can represent you if you have been charged with a DUI. Our attorneys will provide an aggressive defense against the DUI charges to minimize their severity, or even have them reduced or dismissed.
Ticket Busters can Save You Money on Traffic School
In many traffic related violations, the court may require you to attend traffic school, especially for repeat violations. We can provide access to an online Nevada accredited traffic school, which fulfills the requirements of the court. Talk to your representative for additional details.
